Born in Syracuse NY, Eshan Escoffery has an extensive background! Taught by their parents, loved ones, and likeminded professionals since the age of 8! They graduated from Escoffier Culinary Institute (Boulder CO) in 2018. Farm to table cooking, agricultural knowledge, nutritional approach and outreach are a few examples Eshan exemplifies with their incredible culinary skills. Eshan has found a passionate love and gratitude for food and what it has to offer all! If you strive to live healthy or enjoy food from home or around the world, look no further!
